Cabinet Maker / Fabricator About the Role We’re looking for a skilled Cabinet Maker/Fabricator to join our team. In this hands-on role, you’ll build and assemble high-quality custom cabinets, casework, fixtures, and frames made from wood, laminate, solid surface, and steel. You’ll work from detailed drawings with minimal supervision to create precision-built products that meet our exacting standards. What You’ll Do Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and material specifications Build and fabricate complex cabinetry and fixtures to design requirements Accurately measure, cut, and assemble components using hand and power tools Select and prepare materials, ensuring quality and efficiency Take precision measurements to verify fit and finish of assemblies Follow all safety guidelines and proper tool usage procedures Collaborate with lead personnel to maintain quality and minimize material waste What You’ll Bring Proven ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math accurately Experience operating tools such as drills, routers, table saws, and chop saws Ability to read and follow written instructions and drawings in English Understanding of cabinetry materials, construction methods, and finishes including but not limited to: laminate, wood, veneer, solid surface, melamine, and plywood Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship Safety-conscious mindset and adherence to company safety standards Preferred Qualifications 5 year experience in commercial or architectural millwork Familiarity with solid surface or metal fabrication Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why You’ll Love Working Here Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for skill development and career growth Supportive, team-oriented environment Safe, clean, and organized workspace If you are an experienced cabinet builder, who can come in and start building immediately, ask us about the sign on bonus!
