The Role: Director of Training You'll be the architect behind our operational excellence, responsible for: Designing comprehensive training programs for all roles (hourly, management, leadership). Creating standard operating procedures (SOPs), training manuals, and certification checklists. Leading training and preparation for exciting new store openings. Overseeing ongoing leadership development and evaluating training effectiveness through key metrics. What You Bring: 5 years of training or leadership development experience in multi-unit restaurant or hospitality operations.
