You'll be in charge of developing a revenue management strategy to maximize profitability for everyday sales. This dynamic leader is the voice of our brand and manages the marketing budget to enable the development of property-specific campaigns, promotions, and collateral to generate revenue and meet property targets. Compensation: $75,000 plus bonus potential Responsibilities: Use marketing campaigns, telemarketing, e-commerce, site visits, and other ways to actively pursue new business Examine market trends to establish pricing that balances costs, competition, and supply and demand Grow customer loyalty while also generating new business by nurturing long-term relationships Assess the company's success by consulting with sales managers and stakeholders Create and implement short and long-term marketing strategies to meet sales team goals and annual sales targets Qualifications: Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in basic computer skills and software, including Microsoft Word and Excel Thorough knowledge of marketing strategies and best practices for a sales department Minimum of 5 or more years experience in sales and marketing with some experience in sales management Must have a high school diploma or GED, and a bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or hospitality About Company Candlewood Suites Fairbanks opened in 2016 and has been one of the top-rated hotels in the area for Guest Satisfaction and Cleanliness.
