Position: Appliance Repair Technician Job Description: Beach 2 Bay Appliance Services is seeking skilled and experienced appliance repair technicians to join our expanding company. Our technicians represent Beach 2 Bay Appliance and must be professional, outgoing, customer-focused, and committed to excellence. Our goal is to create customers for a lifetime, and our technicians are a vital part of the overall customer experience. We are hiring for all locations, including Niceville, Destin, Miramar Beach, Santa Rosa Beach, and Fort Walton Beach. Compensation: Starting Pay: $18-25 per hour, based on experience Earn up to $75,000 annually with our bonus and incentive program Team Leads can excel here Are you a leader? Benefits: Paid Training Continuing Education and Training Company Vehicle (yours to drive to and from work) Tools Provided Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off Savings Plans Bonus Program Work Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday (40 hours weekly, with additional hours available if desired) Job Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair a variety of appliances Read and understand schematics and wiring diagrams Provide excellent customer service and problem-solving skills Work independently and as part of a team Lift and move common household appliances Manage paperwork and collect payments responsibly Research parts needed to repair appliance Competencies: Professional appearance Computer literate Ability to read, write, and understand English Effective communication skills Excellent organizational skills Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent Commitment to following procedures and policies set by Beach 2 Bay Appliance Pass a criminal background check and drug screening Clean driving record experience will get you hired asap Are you ready to make a difference and grow with us?
