Line Cooks

Job Description Job Description The Line Cook is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes according to restaurant standards. This role keeps the station organized, follows all food safety guidelines, and collaborates with the kitchen team to ensure fast, consistent, and high-quality service. Main Responsibilities Prepare ingredients, sauces, and mise en place before service. Cook and plate dishes following established recipes and standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked station throughout the shift. Safely operate kitchen equipment (fryers, grills, ovens, etc.). Coordinate with the chef and team to ensure proper ticket timing. Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation. Follow all hygiene, food-handling, and temperature-control procedures. Assist with inventory, labeling, and receiving products when needed. Requirements 1 year of experience as a Line Cook or similar role. Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety. Ability to work under pressure during high-volume hours. Strong organization, speed, and attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork skills. Availability for flexible schedules, including nights and weekends.
