Job Description Job Description Hour: 5 pm- 12 pm, Friday & Saturday: 5 pm - 2 am(It depends on how we are busy) Wage: $16 ~ $20 (will be decided upon reviewing your experience) We are serving Hawaiian-Japanese fusion dishes created by Japanese experienced chef. The first 1 month is a probationary period. ($15） Daily Responsibilities: 1. Regular attendance is essential. 2. Prepare awesome meals for our customers according to our recipes & menu. 3. Follow established food safety, cleaning and maintenance procedures. 4. Work with all production Team Members to minimize waste. 5. Weigh, measure, mix and prep ingredients according to recipes. 6.
