Job Description Job Description Yelton Construction is seeking FULL TIME EXPERIENCED BULKHEAD CREW MEMEBERS STARTING PAY IS $20/hour Expect 45-55 hours per week and overtime. MARINE CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE A BIG PLUS. Capable of leading a crew, detail oriented and able to work independently. Applicants must possess the following: Strong work ethic and discipline. Experienced workers only . This is a high intensity manual labor position . Must have comfort in and around the water . Must be a highly reliable individual with good organizational skills and be able to work unsupervised. Great interpersonal and communications skills to effectively lead a crew. Ability to lift and manipulate objects of up to 80 lbs. for 50 feet. Assist in loading and unloading building materials from delivery trucks. Comply and follow all necessary safety procedures when performing assigned responsibilities.
