We proudly partner with some of the most reputable and high-quality boat brands in the industry, including Tidewater, Sailfish, Yamaha, Mercury, Suzuki , and many more. Our commitment is to ensure every customer finds the perfect match for their on-the-water adventures. What You'll Do: Consult with prospective customers to understand their boating needs and guide them through our diverse selection of new and pre-owned boats. Showcase the features and benefits of our top-tier brands, leveraging your product knowledge. Manage the entire sales process with the help of our finance and service departments. Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business. Contribute to a positive, customer-focused atmosphere at our Fort Myers. What You'll Bring: Proven success in a sales role, preferably within the marine, automotive, or luxury goods industry. A strong passion for boating and an understanding of different vessel types. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. A self-motivated, goal-oriented attitude and a professional demeanor. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends. We acquired San Carlos Marine in 2021 and then Gulf Marine Ways - Yachtworks Ft Myers Beach in 2023 (our shipyard with a 150-ton marine travel lift). We are growing at a rapid pace and are looking for individuals with the same work ethics and customer-centric ideals we want to see on all levels of our operation.
