The Group Accounting Manager oversees the accounting function and process in Spain while also supporting regional initiatives across the Group. This role is critical in ensuring financial compliance, operational excellence, and successful implementation of group-wide accounting policies and systems. Key Responsabilities Build and lead the Spanish accounting team, ensuring stable finance operations and high performance in the core finance processes, ensuring compliance with both local regulations as well as group policies and guidelines. Drive the implementation of group processes and systems within the region, using a lean mindset and reduce process waste and manual work. Ensure statutory, tax and IFRS reporting and compliance for all legal entities in scope. Statutory compliance, correct and timely filing of local financial statements and other statutory filings. Oversee tax filings including VAT, WHT, CIT, and others. Ensure timely and accurate monthly group reporting under IFRS. Manage internal and external audits and resolve identified issues. Provide strong accounting and tax expertise to local business units and other stakeholders maintaining good cooperation with. Validate the implementation and effectiveness of internal controls. Coordinate and prepare the company’s Annual Accounts. We Offer Permanent contract. Ticket Restaurant. Requisitos mínimos Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field. Over 5 years of experience in a managerial finance role, including team leadership. Experience in international audit firms or multinational environments is highly valued. Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written). French is highly valued. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data modeling). Experience with ERP and financial systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle Fusion).Familiarity with reporting and automation tools (e.g., Power BI). Comfortable working with large datasets and financial models. Strong knowledge of financial statements, local GAAP, IFRS, and taxation. Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Business- and customer-oriented, with a strategic mindset and ability to see the big picture. Good leadership and communication skills, with the ability to foster relationships and drive change. Proven experience in international environments and shared service/BPO operations. J-18808-Ljbffr
