We lease and service equipment to restaurants, hotels, hospitals, schools, warehouses, corporate offices and more. Job summary: We are seeking an organized and customer-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for supporting their designated Territory Sales Representatives by assisting in the customer information processing necessary to complete sales orders and equipment leases. The individual will also actively engage with both finance and operations departments to ensure processed orders are complete, qualified and understood. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales operations processes including critical data entry into ERP and CRM systems, reviewing documents for accuracy, and interacting with customers to assure quality communication regarding delivery and installation timelines and understanding of terms and conditions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, a great eye for detail, a winning mindset and a desire to get it right and get it done. Responsibilities: Customer administrative support: Act as a key point of contact for sales-related information inquiries and provide exceptional service to customers throughout the post-sale information collect cycle. Order processing: Process orders and lease contracts accurately and efficiently, including entering new orders, and contract details into ERP and Salesforce support systems Data and reporting: Generate reports on sales metrics and performance for the sales team and management in Salesforce. Generate reports on equipment sales service and installation timelines for operation team. Team coordination: Work closely with sales representatives, account managers, and other departments (finance and operations) to ensure seamless communication and information visibility. Lead generation: Assist in researching and identifying new sales leads and potential customers. Problem resolution: Handle administrative duties, troubleshoot issues with customer orders or accounts, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. Skills and qualifications: Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. An associate or bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field is often preferred. Experience: Proven experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role is highly desirable.
