The health center provides high-quality primary health care, dental care, behavioral health, and other specialty services to nearly 30,000 individuals and families. About the opportunity: Dedicated staff improve the health and well-being of traditionally underserved and culturally diverse populations Monday through Friday work week with occasional Saturday No call Manageable patient census A patient-centered medical home that offers evidence-based family medicine for children and adults.
