Bar Manager - £30K | Reading | Immediate Start Location: Reading Contract: Full-time Salary: £30,000 per annum equivalent Start Date: Immediate Hours: Flexible shifts across 7 days (operation runs 7am-Midnight) Typical Schedule: 4 days on, 3 days off (approx. 37.5 hours/week) ?? Your Role * Manage day-to-day bar operations across multiple venues * Lead, train, and motivate a team of student bar staff * Ensure compliance with alcohol licensing and safety standards * Maintain high levels of customer service and team performance * Oversee stock control, ordering, and supplier coordination * Handle payment systems and financial procedures * Innovate with drinks menus, promotions, and service ideas ??
