TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Jefferson City, Missouri, 65101! Pay Information $2,092 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Float Duration: 12 months Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years overall experience; 1 year in specialty License: Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: - Charge experience of 1.5 years preferred - Experience with Cerner charting system preferred - Travel experience required - Experience with cardiac telemetry and various medical skills Description: EOW weekend and 50% holiday rotation required. This position requires floating to multiple units including Med-Surg, PCU, and Rehab. Candidates should have skills in accessing and managing ports, administering blood products, and operating various respiratory devices. Interpretation of arterial blood gases is essential for the role. Nurses will also be responsible for IV management, telemetry monitoring, and wound care. Floating to other departments, including as patient observers, is mandatory. Candidates must be able to manage complex patient diagnoses and support interdisciplinary care. The patient ratios are up to 6 patients during night shifts. Local candidates may be accepted. Participation in holiday shifts is required, with a commitment to a flexible schedule.
