- Reservations and Revenue Manager
The Reservations and Revenue Manager will oversee the hotel’s reservations department and supervise revenue management activities including but not limited to managing room and rate availability, performing rate audits and extracting data to produce reporting that supports and evaluates hotel business strategies. This role will work closely with the Managing Director for our four hotels (The Molly Gibson Lodge, Hotel Aspen, Tamarack Lodge and Hotel Ketchum) in analyzing price positioning throughout the competitive set and the entire local marketplace in order to develop and implement pricing and inventory strategies by managing all applicable channels. This position will participate in the process of establishing strategies to achieve budgeted revenues with the support of leadership at each hotel while actively tracking results as well as pace against these targets by way of a continuously updated forecast and associated reporting processes.
Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, ability to work well independently and in a collaborative environment and learning agility with new concepts and systems are important attributes.
