- General Manager – Inn at Aspen
General Manager Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily business operations.
- Developing and implementing growth strategies.
- Training low-level managers and staff.
- Creating and managing budgets.
- Improving revenue.
- Hiring employees.
- Evaluating performance and productivity.
- Analyzing accounting and financial data.
- Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
- Generating reports and giving presentations.
This person will serve as the General Manager of The Inn at Aspen and as the Executive General Manager for our properties in Aspen and Snowmass. 5+ years of GM/vacation rental management required. HOA experience strongly preferred.
