Day to day administrative and clerical support for the Executive Office.
Responsibilities will include organizing and executing administrative and accounting tasks related to scheduling, preparation and distribution for board meetings, and production of daily, monthly and other requested reports in support of senior management, board of directors and operations. Strong written and verbal communications as well as professional demeanor and confidentiality essential. Advanced knowledge in Word, Excel, PowerPoint required with knowledge of office software necessary. Hotel or property management experience a plus.
$1000 Sign-On Bonus Available! Position has a flexible schedule with preferred Monday through Friday days. Administrative duties required. Responsibilities will include organizing and executing administrative and accounting tasks related to hotel reservations, guest rooms and revenue management. Position is task-oriented with opportunities to develop relationships with Sales, Catering, and Hotel Operations.
