Server Assistant - Full Time, Part Time, Year Round

Essential Functions:

1. Deliver joy to our customers every day.

1. Check and re-plenish server stations for adequate stock of silverware, dishes, ice, condiments (i.e., salt, pepper, sugar, etc.) Stock items needed.

1. Check each table for complete settings.

1. Checks dining area and maintain high standard of cleanliness and housekeeping for all stations in the inside dining areas, or outside deck as assigned.

1. Greet guests and fill water glasses.

1. Clear and sort dishware and silverware into appropriate bus tubs at stations or within kitchen. Move filled bus tubs to dish station and replace with empty, clean tub.

1. Keeps stations clean and adequately stocked throughout shift; place settings organized and ready to go.

1. As guests depart, clear, and reset the table as quickly as possible.

1. Check with MOD before leaving.

Other Functions:

1. Assists in guest services as directed by food server (only if such services do not conflict with the basic functions of the bus person and limitations set by host or F&B manager).

1. Perform post side work and other duties as directed by the manager.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

1. Ability to follow directions.

1. Must possess physical stamina; able to bend, squat, lift and carry up to 50lbs.

Qualifications:

1. Previous job experience is helpful or on-the-job training is available.
