Bartender Job Description

Location: 6999 152nd St West, Apple Valley, MN, 55124

We are looking for an experienced bartender to join our team at our location in Apple Valley, MN. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious cocktails and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to customers
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Check customers' identification and confirm they meet legal drinking age
• Monitor and manage inventory of bar supplies and ingredients
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a bartender
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Ability to keep the bar area clean, well-stocked and organized
• Customer-oriented approach and outgoing personality
• Familiarity with cash register and basic math skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in bartending is a plus
