Job Description

Employer Description A 5 Game Lodge comprising of several camps, on a Big 5 Game Reserve in the Eastern Cape. Job Description We require a strong Sous Chef to join a strong and well-established Kitchen Brigade serving high-end cuisine (Three meals per day with Tea/Coffee Breaks) to its high-end, mostly international Guests. Previous experience within a 4/5 game lodge in a similar role is ideal. Able to assist with Kitchen Administration and stock Controls as well as be hands-on in the manufacturing and presenting of meals. Also, assist with Guest Relations. Qualifications Formal Culinary Qualifications will prove advantageous. Skills Solid Training and Experience within high end establishments. Ideally Game Lodge experienced (Knowledgeable about life in the bush and happy in this environment). Benefits Single Accommodation. 21 days on and 7 days off work cycle.
