Commercial Plumber – Leeds– Full Time Permanent £28,000-£35,000 - Van- Fuel Card- Uniform!
Commercial Plumber Package Overview:
* £28,000- £35,000 per annum + overtime available
* Van, fuel card, mobile, uniform and PPE provided

Our client, a well-known building maintenance & repairs company, are currently looking for a Commercial Plumber to join their highly valued team on a permanent basis.
This company provides a number of different services to multiple clients across different sectors. These include retail outlets, hotel chains, education establishments & commercial buildings to name a few.
This is an exciting time to join this company and the right candidate for the role will need to be enthusiastic, forward thinking and personable with the drive to hit the floor running in order to take full advantage of the opportunities available to them.
Commercial Plumber Role and Responsibilities:
* Fault finding analysis
* Maintenance
* Repairs
* Installation and upgrading work to respective heating, sanitation, plumbing and HVAC equipment on a planned and reactive basis to ensure that systems are operating safely, efficiently and are complaint with the appropriate regulatory standards and good practice.
* Take responsibility for the overall quality of the work delivered on-site
Commercial Plumber Skills and Experience:
* A full UK driving licence or equivalent (Essential)
* A drive and enthusiasm to grab hold of opportunities
* Commercial Plumbing NVQ or City and Guilds
* A positive attitude and the ability to self-motivate is a must.
