Responsible for the Performance review of the Reservations department according to specified standards (Business and Training Solutions by Signature Europe: The Art of Reservations) Interface between the Sales, Marketing and Reservations departments for careful control of all Sales-promoting measures Proactive approach in proposing improvement measures to increase efficiency (Conversion) Contribution to the creation of new (historical) data sheets for analysis and comparison Maximize revenue potential and ensure proactive and accurate maintenance and management of all systems: protel Air/ Rims/ Revinate/ CRM systems. Own and validate all required data entry for daily, weekly, and monthly reports used for monitoring performance against Budget and Forecast. Ensure that the necessary reports are maintained and systematically analysed, including but not limited to: Source Contribution, TA/TO Production, Pickup and Pace and Room Type Statistics We are looking for an individual who is ready to take the next career step.
