PACKHOUSE MANAGER- MALANDENE A Packhouse Manager role has become available in our packing facility at our Malandene Farm in Paarl. Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 Senior Certificate minimum requirement Diploma in Agriculture or in the food hospitality industry will be beneficial 2-3 years work experience in a similar or related role Management skills Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must have good numerical and planning skills Must be self-disciplined, a team-player, honest and of high integrityMust be willing to work long hours and alternative weekends Duties and responsibilities: Management of the pack house operations including all pack house staff, production and administration Sound leadership and direction in the pack house ensuring quality product output, accuracy, and consistency in packhouse processes and documentation Sales ProcurementLogistics Ensuring high standards of health and safety practices Audits, technical requirements & administration Human resource management.
