The Customer Service Team Memeber aims to provide CHAMPS to customers and to expedite products of the company in an efficient, friendly and courteous manner while maintaining the area concerned in a clean and tidy condition. What you'll do This is a list of tasks that you will be responsible for doing on your days at work. Pack KFC food products according to quality standards Prepare, pack and maintain side items adhering to KFC holding times and temperatures for all food products Keep all areas and equipment clean and tidy Approach and treat the customer in a courteous, friendly and efficient manner Sell the company's products using suggestive selling techniques Operate the cash register following all KFC cash handling and safety procedures Undertake further tasks as required by management to facilitate the efficient running of the restaurant Communication with colleagues and customers Product quality as per the KFC CHAMPS Standards Library Customer complaints using PLEASED Requirements This is a list of things you will need in order to be considered for this role Matric English Clear criminal record Preferences Meeting the preferences would be a plus, but if you don't, it won't stop companies from considering you.
