Registrars work under delegated responsibilities to the supervising ‘on call’ consultant, participating in Cardiac Investigations according to run allocation. These include but are not limited to: Cardiac, Catheterization, Echocardiology, Electrophysiology, Pacemaker Implantation and Pericardiocentesis.This is a great opportunity to explore New Zealand, whilst undertaking a great professional development opportunity.Health ServiceWaikato Hospital is a teaching hospital and the major tertiary referral centre providing specialised and emergency healthcare for the Waikato and Te Manawi Taki or Midlands area, with a catchment population of 900,000 people.
