Junior Restaurant Manager

Candidate Requirements: Grade 12 Home language must be Afrikaans (essential) Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans 1-2 years previous restaurant experience at a supervisor level or similar role in the hospitality industry at a similar establishment (5or similar) Must be comfortable in dealing with very distinguished clientele Have good knowledge of food and beverages WSET or similar wine knowledge certificate course (advantage) Great team management & training abilities Must be well-presented and have a strong customer service orientation Ability to learn details quickly (menus/wine list etc.) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to maintain a professional working relationship with all departments Flexible, enthusiastic and accountable
