Job Description

Role's Purpose: Grow, lead and develop the company brand into Zimbabwe and Kenya. This is an Executive Manager who can think of new ideas and strategies for all operating markets. Experience & Qualification Criteria: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. MBA would be an added advantage. 10 years of marketing experience in Hospitality/Food/FMCG or franchising industries. Strong understanding of the Zimbabwean market. Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Primary Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote hospitality food offerings. Manage digital marketing channels and coordinate promotional events. Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities. Maintain brand consistency across all touch-points.
