Responsibilities: Customer Service & Front Desk Operations: Be the welcoming presence at our front desk, providing top-notch service to every customer. Cash Handling & Financial Duties: Manage transactions with precision and professionalism, ensuring accuracy and security. Stationery Inventory Management: Keep our office stocked and organized, ensuring smooth operations. General Administrative Support: Support our team with effective communication and attention to detail. Minimum Requirements: Matric qualification. Previous experience in a similar role preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
