Qualifications: Grade 12 qualification. Valid drivers license. Completed a Project Management Course. 15 years of management in a similar industry. 2 years of hospitality experience. Advanced computer literacy: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Pilot Software Hospitality Diploma would be an advantage. Requirements: Manage staff and operations effectively. Control stock, food costs, and company assets. Analyze daily unit results and implement action plans. Ensure compliance with labor laws and gambling regulations. Train staff on business aspects and maintain technical understanding of gaming equipment.
