Facility Management Systems Specialist

All qualifications must be met by the closing date of this announcement-05/05/2024-unless otherwise stated in this vacancy announcement. Credit will be given for all appropriate qualifying experience. For current Federal employees, if hours worked per week are not included on your resume, you must submit a non-award SF-50 for each federal position listed as part of your application to be used to validate your work schedule and determine the amount of qualifying experience that you will be granted. An award SF-50 will not be acceptable documentation for which to consider your amount of qualifying experience. To qualify for this position at the GS-09 grade level, you must possess one of the following minimum qualifications by close of the announcement: EXPERIENCE: At least one full year of specialized experience comparable in scope and responsibility to the GS-07 grade level in the Federal service (obtained in either the public or private sectors). This experience includes activities such as: Using elements of the FMSS(Facility Management Software System) data tracking system including such things as creating new spreadsheets, formulas, apps, dashboards, or similar tools for use in analyzing project data; creating projects using PMIS (Project Management Information System); using FMSS (Facility Management Software System) data and assisting in the preparation and accuracy of the data needed; using computer-based programs to track and report work accomplishments; analyzing or evaluating data and reporting to management; training workers or other FMSS (Facility Management Software System) personnel in the various aspects of a data tracking system including creation, tracking and reporting work. You must include hours per week worked. -OR- EDUCATION: Successful completion of at least master's or equivalent graduate degree OR LL.B. or J.D OR 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree in engineering, industrial arts, property management, information management, business administration or another field of study directly related to the duties of this position. You must include transcripts. -OR- Successful completion of a combination of education and experience as described above. For example: an applicant has 6 months of specialized experience equivalent to GS-7 and 27 semester hours or 41 quarter hours of directly related graduate level education in an accredited educational institution.
