Our customers : - We work with Marquee clients in the industry across geography across domain. - Some of our marquee clients from the industries are Hi-Tech, Banking, Hospitality, Construction, Auto industry. Role Description : - This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for SAP Successfactors ONB/LMS Consultants (Min 1yr). - The consultants will be responsible for implementing and configuring the SAP Successfactors ONB/LMS modules, conducting system testing, and providing ongoing support and maintenance. - They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, develop solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. Qualifications : - Experience as an SAP Successfactors ONB/LMS Consultant. - Strong knowledge of SAP Successfactors ONB/LMS modules and their integration with other SAP modules. - Experience in implementing and configuring SAP Successfactors ONB/LMS modules. - Proficiency in troubleshooting and providing support for SAP Successfactors ONB/LMS modules. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - SAP Successfactors certification is a plus.
