Role : UI/UX Designer Location : Gurgaon Exp : 1-4 yrs We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and experiences for our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, and the ability to translate user needs into elegant and functional design solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and make a meaningful impact on the end-user experience. Responsibilities : Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and interactions. Design intuitive user interfaces and experiences that align with brand guidelines, usability standards, and best practices. Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to gather insights and inform design decisions. Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing results, and usability findings. Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions and maintain design consistency across platforms. Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and technologies, and contribute to the evolution of our design processes and degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects and process with atleast 3-5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar tools. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability standards, and interaction design concepts. Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and analysis to inform design decisions. Excellent visual design skills, with an eye for typography, color, and layout. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex requirements into simple and intuitive design solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
