Backend Developer - Java Apps

About Company: We are a modern corporate spending & consumption marketplace, built over unique UPI & banking architecture, that integrates digital consumption APIs & B2B marketplaces with a no-code approval workflow. This enables all types of employee discretionary spend scenarios like commute, hotels, etc, and corporate spend scenarios like PO and Non-PO based vendor spend, through a single in-app open partner platform. Role Description : - Designing, implementing, and maintaining Java applications that are often high-volume and low-latency, required for mission-critical systems. - Delivering high availability and performance. - Contributing in all phases of the development lifecycle. - Writing well-designed, efficient, and testable code. - Conducting software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging. - Managing Java and Java EE apple paring and producing releases of software components. - Transforming requirements into stipulations. - Support continuous improvement. - Investigating alternatives and technologies. Requirements : - Hands-on Software Development experience of 2-3 years - 1-2 years of relevant experience in Java development - Hands-on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms - Object-Oriented Analysis and design using common design patterns - Profound insight of Java and JEE internals (Multithreading, Reactive Programming, etc) - Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL, and ORM technologies (MySQL,EBean, Hibernate) - Experience in RESTful API development, event-based processing - Experience with test-driven development (ref:hirist.tech)
