Job Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Technical Lead to join our team at CIAR Software Solutions Pvt Ltd. As the Java Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers and providing technical guidance for the design, development, and implementation of Java-based applications. You will also be involved in system architecture, code reviews, and troubleshooting.
