Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards. Manage and support junior kitchen staff, ensuring efficient service. Contribute creative ideas for menus and specials. Oversee kitchen operations in the absence of senior chefs. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment.
